Know the Basic System Air Conditioner Car

Before that let us begin first with recognizing gas A / C car that is used most of R-134a.



R-134a
-is a gas cooler where the properties of the refrigerant gas will absorb a lot of heat during this process.  


Gas will move throughout the system to take the heat out of the car cabin.

It will be in liquid form after removing the heat and turn into a gas before it is compressed again by the compressor.



The basic components of the system A / C
1.Compressor

-Used to compressing the gas R-134a and send them to condenser.  As we understand from the name itself, namely the compressor, there is no piston (piston) that will move all the time as long as the system A / C is on.  If no moving parts, the system will be mandatory lubrication to prevent wear on the piston.  It is very important to ensure lubrication in the compressor is always in good condition.



2.Condenser

-Condenser Shaped like a small radiator which serves remove heat from the gas R-134a with the help of a fan and also air from the outside when the vehicle move. Gas which has been compressed by the compressor was still just that it is a gas under high pressure and heat.  It will go through tub- smooth tubes in the condenser, the heat removed by air moving through the tubes and fins on the condenser fine.

As water becomes steam when heated, it will melt again when cooled (condensation / condensation).



3. Drier

- Absorbing / separating water from fluid refrigerant R-134a. Inside there Desiccant materials (such as water-absorbing packets in boxes of new shoes), which will absorb water.  It need to make sure water does not mix with the coolant will be revealed shortly.



4. Expansion valve

- The valve serves to control fluid flow before entering the cooling air coil.  Fluid is in the liquid and pressurized before being released piecemeal by temperature adjustment we make of the cabin. 5. Cooling coil / evaporator

-When Fluid turns into a gas refrigerant passes through the expansion valve, it will enter the cooling coil / evaporator which is shaped like a radiator.  Gas will absorb a lot of heat and outside air cooling coil produces cool air.  Next blower (blower) refused earlier to the cold air.  Meanwhile space moves the refrigerant gas to the compressor and brings the heat absorbed from the cabin earlier.

4. Tips - Care Car Aircond


1. Gas Aircond: Always check for leaks (once a month) zircon pipe with soapy water, so zircon gas remained normal level (enough).

2. Compressor Aircond: During engine start switch on the car, make sure the new non aircond 2/3 minutes, and wait for the new 2/3 minutes also continue driving the car, this can cause Compressor zircon perishable. Always check the belt aircond, do not slack / loose, this can also cause Compressor aircond perishable.

3. Relay Aircond: Open aircond (low to high control points) by one point to another and never directly to the high level, may damage the relay aircond.

1. While washing the car, make sure to spray water at high speed into the tank aircond, so it is not blocked (could be cool again aircond car).

Aircond System In Cars:
