3. Engines: If you can (must do), bring the car to the workshop and check under the car. You will be able to see the oil leak, leaking gearbox, drive shaft oil seal leaks, exhaust leaks, leaking suspension and the body of the car from the ground (or a rusting car bodies almost unbreakable). Invest a little money, buy a new lubricant and ask the mechanic to replace it. You can check the condition of the engine to taste it using either finger turns black oil, sand, and water, still sticky but the color is too dark. All the marking engine is not clean. If mixed with water, cross the intention to buy the car as possibly one of the engines was leaking gasket (Expense to change without engine overhaul gasket as barter in the engine).

Note the smoke, if you smoke black, meaning tuning is not quite right, if the color blue, it means eating black oil (to confirm the observations of the last spark plug). Check wiring the whole car. Note belting, wire belting whether or not that had fallen out. Open the cover of the timing belt, have a mechanic check the belt.
